Give Media:  Return Policy

Many items purchased and won via the Bonus program that are new and unopened or are delivered defective may be exchanged for the same item or another item of equal value or returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery based on the following conditions:

·         Any fragrances, colognes, beauty sets, cosmetics, and accessories with any original packaging in its original condition will be accepted for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items that are delivered damaged will also be accepted for an exchange or return. Items will not be accepted for an exchange or return if they have been otherwise altered.

·         Any luggage with any original packaging that has been delivered (damaged only) will be accepted for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of delivery.  Items will not be accepted for an exchange or refund in their original condition (new and unused) with any original packaging or if they have been otherwise altered.

·         Any microwaves, fans, small appliances, consumer electronics, and electronics accessories with its original packaging that has been delivered (damaged only) will be accepted for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of delivery. Items will not be accepted for an exchange or refund in their original condition (new and unused) with any original packaging or if they have been otherwise altered.

·         Any televisions, laptops, tablets and large electronics with its original packaging in new condition will be accepted for an exchange or full refund within 30 days of delivery.  All original Universal Product Codes and manufacturer serial codes must be included in the exchange or return. Items that are delivered damaged will also be accepted for an exchange or return. Items will not be accepted for an exchange or return if they have been otherwise altered.

·         Any unworn shoes, clothing and accessories with any original packaging in its original condition will not be accepted for an exchange or full refund. Items that have been damaged or otherwise altered will not be accepted for an exchange or return. 

·         Any unworn jewelry, watches and accessories with any original packaging, boxes and certification in its original condition will not be accepted for an exchange or full refund. Any items that have been altered, resized or damaged will not be accepted for an exchange or return.

·         Any items marked final sale can not be exchanged or returned.

 

All shipping costs for an exchange or refund will be reimbursed by Give Media if all of the above conditions are met.  Please mail or e-mail a receipt of your shipping costs to:

Please send all items eligible for an exchange or return to the Give Media address stated on the package you have received.  Please do not mail such items to the Give Media head office.   Once a request for an exchange or return is made, please allow 1-2 business days for processing.  Most refunds will be issued within 7-10 business days after we have processed your request.  All items that are sent back for an exchange or return should be mailed back by a trackable shipping method.  Give Media assumes no liability for and loss or delay of purchased items/prizes that are caused by postal service delivery or delay.  Please forward all receipts for shipping directly to Give Media via e-mail or per post so we may reimburse your shipping costs.
